Shed & Storm Door Reapproval
As you might remember from last year the past several boards of directors have been working to update the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) document for our association. Thanks to all of you, we have now added the amendments for sheds and storm doors to this document.
At this time we want to update our documentation for those people who already have sheds in the neighborhood.
Several home owners have submitted requests to build sheds or add on storm doors in the past several years. We need to update our documentation to make sure that all currently built sheds and installed storm doors meet the legally approved documentation
Instructions
1) Download a copy of the ACC Approval Form (link below)
2) Complete the form as instructed - include or attach a copy of your shed plans / a picture / other descriptive materials. If none of these are available then an ACC representative will have to inspect the shed or storm door in person.
3) Mail the completed form and attachments to the PO Box.
