    Estoppel Forms

    > Estoppel forms can be sent to the ACHOA Post Office Box - allow at least 2 weeks for a response and it is strongly recommended that an email be sent to the Board advising that a form is in the mail and requires action.
    > Estoppel forms can be emailed to the ACHOA mailbox
    > Estoppel forms can be sent by facsimile - please contact the Board by email for this information

    New Owner Letter

    > Title Companies must obtain a signed copy of the New Owner Acknowledgement at closing and forward the signed original to the Board
    > The New Owner Acknowledgement letter can be downloaded from this website using one of the links below:

    Estoppel Fee

    > Effective July 10, 2008 a fee of $10.00 is charged to provide Estoppel documents.
    > The fee will be collected by the title company at closing.
