> Estoppel forms can be sent to the ACHOA Post Office Box - allow up to 2 weeks for a response and it is strongly recommended that an email be sent to the Board advising that a form is in the mail and requires action.

> Title Companies must provide the prospective purchaser with the Welcome Letter and Disclosure Summary, must obtain a signed copy of the Disclosure Summary at closing, and must forward the signed original of the Disclosure Summary to the Board with a copy of the Deed and the Estoppel Fee

Estoppel Fee
> The fee to provide Estoppel documents (each request) is $10.00 ** (see below).
> The fee will be collected by the Title Company at closing.
> ** If the Title Company does not provide the homeowner with a copy of the CC&R and have the Disclosure Summary signed and returned to the HOA the estoppel fee will be $50.
