Aberdeen Creek is a "Deed Restricted" community.

  • Every owner of a lot within Aberdeen Creek is a member of the Home Owners Association ("HOA").
  • The Association is governed by the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Aberdeen Creek" ("CC&R") and associated By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and Amendments.
  • The Home Owners Association Board manages the day to day affairs of the HOA including, but not limited to: contracting for services, adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements, preparing and administering the HOA annual budget, maintaining the Common Area property, and ensuring each homeowner adheres to the CC&R Deed Restrictions.
  • The HOA Board is 100% volunteer and performs many functions that would otherwise require paying a Management Company to handle.
  • Board members are elected annually for a one year term. The Board must have an odd number of members (i.e. 3 or 5).
  • The HOA has an Architectural Control Committee that establishs and enforces guidelines, with Board approval, for all matters that require approval as set forth in the CC&R.

  • The HOA Board welcomes participation by community residents to volunteer to help with all aspects of running and maintaining the community.

    Board of Directors:
    Our volunteer Board and community volunteers save each Owner $100 a year on our annual HOA assessments.
